Job Summary

Homestone, a leading marble and tile showroom, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions, coordinate sales activities, maintain reports, and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and enquiry databases.
- Generate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track customer enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status and deliveries.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer information.




- Support the sales team in achieving showroom targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and report generation.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in marble, granite, tiles, or building materials will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
