Role Overview

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide parents through the entire admission process, from first enquiry to final enrolment. You will represent the school’s vision, academics, and facilities, and work to meet admission targets for each academic session.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online admission enquiries professionally
- Counsel parents and students on curriculum, fee structure, facilities, and school policies
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s strengths and culture
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert enquiries into admissions
- Guide parents through forms, documentation, assessments, and fee payment
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups,



and admissions in the ERP and Excel
- Coordinate with the principal, academic team, and accounts department
- Represent the school at admission drives, open houses, and community events
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports
- Achieve assigned admission targets

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing )
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or sales/customer relations (school experience will be advantage)
- Excellent communication in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Pleasant personality with a parent-friendly approach
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools
- Well-organised, target-driven, and a good team player

Preferred

- Prior experience in a CBSE/IB/Cambridge school
- Local knowledge of Ahmedabad and its parent community
