About the Role

Tata Electronics is hiring Production Operators for its electronics manufacturing facilities. You will work on the production line, helping assemble and handle electronic components to the company’s quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

- Operate and assist with assembly line activities as per work instructions
- Handle electronic components and products carefully
- Perform basic visual inspection and report quality issues to supervisors
- Follow safety, cleanliness and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols




- Meet daily production targets and maintain accuracy
- Work in shifts as assigned

Qualifications

- Minimum 10th pass
- Freshers can apply, and no prior experience is required
- Preferred age: 18–28 years
- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in shifts

Salary & Benefits

Option 1 – Without Accommodation

- In-hand salary: ₹15,280 per month
- ₹1,000 attendance bonus

Option 2 – With Accommodation

- In-hand salary: ₹14,480 per month
- ₹1,000 attendance bonus

- Free meals during duty

Pay: ₹15,280.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
