We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Telecaller / Visa Counsellor.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle incoming enquiries regarding visa services.
- Explain visa application processes and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records.
- Provide qualified customer support.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi and English speaking skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: As per experience and interview.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
