Job Description – Gift Section Staff

Position: Gift Section Sales Executive / Gift Section Staff

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and products.
- Explain product features, prices and offers to customers.
- Arrange and display gift items attractively.
- Maintain proper stock levels and product availability.
- Handle gift packing and wrapping as required.
- Ensure the gift section is clean and well organised.
- Support billing and sales activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for daily operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th / 12th qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales knowledge.
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team.
