Sulohak Cast is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Trainee to join our Sales & Business Development team. The selected candidate will receive practical training in industrial sales, customer relationship management, lead generation and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating business inquiries, communicating with clients and supporting the sales team in achieving company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through IndiaMART, JustDial, Alibaba, company websites and other platforms.
- Identify and approach potential customers in the manufacturing, casting, forging and engineering industries.
- Contact customers through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and collect necessary technical details, drawings and specifications.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and sales-related documents under senior guidance.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, inquiry records and daily sales reports using MS Excel and CRM software.
- Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer inquiries and order-related activities.
- Learn about company products,



manufacturing processes and market requirements.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- CRM/ERP, Excel, Word, email and B2B portal proficiency
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Fast and accurate inquiry response.
- RFQ preparation and document-control discipline.
- Follow-up, persuasion, objection handling and customer-convincing ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good follow-up and time management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BCA or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in sales, marketing and business development are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience.
- Training and guidance will be provided by the company.
