We are a growing digital agency specializing in Field officers, for Advertising Agency services. We help businesses establish their digital presence and grow their brand through cutting-edge tech and marketing solutions.Job OverviewWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Field Executives (both Male and Female candidates are welcome). In this role, you will act as the face of our company. Your primary responsibility will be a mix of telecalling to find prospects, visiting their offices to pitch our services, and closing deals for websites, apps, and ad campaigns.Key Responsibilities

- Telecalling: Make outbound calls to business owners, leads, and prospects to introduce our services.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (retailers, corporate offices, startups, local businesses) who need websites, apps, or advertising.
- Office Visits: Visit client locations/offices to give presentations, demonstrate our portfolio, and understand their requirements.
- Deal Closure: Follow up diligently with prospects, handle objections, negotiate terms, and fix/finalize the work orders.
- Reporting:



Maintain a daily log of calls made, meetings attended.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, marketing, telecalling, or business development (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!).
- Skills: Strong communication, convincing power, and a confident personality.
- Language: Fluency in [Insert Local Language, e.g., Telugu/English].
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license (for field visits).
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, and digital ads is a huge plus.
