About TorqWars

TorqWars is building India's competitive RC racing. We are a sports-entertainment business running on three engines: experience-led arenas with timed racing, a league, and a D2C store for RC cars and parts. Our first arena opens soon in Bandra, Mumbai, and we are backed by The Foundery. You will be part of the founding team that runs our first arena.

Role overview

You will run races and look after customers at our RC racing arena in Bandra. You will explain the rules and safety, manage races on the track, keep the cars and batteries ready, and make sure every customer has a excellent time.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome customers, explain the rules and give safety briefings.
- Start, monitor and reset races, and run the timing system.
- Charge and check batteries and cars between sessions.
- Help at the front desk and with in-store sales.
- Keep the track and play area clean and safe.
- Support tournaments, birthday parties and events.

KPIs

Races started on time, cars and batteries ready for every session, customer ratings and a clean safety record.

Requirements

- Friendly and confident with people of all ages, including kids and groups.
- Spoken Hindi and English. Marathi is a plus.
- Available for shifts, including evenings,



weekends and public holidays.
- Punctual and reliable.

Good to have

Experience at a gaming zone, go-kart track, family entertainment centre, café or retail store. Interest in RC cars, gaming or motorsport.

How we assess

A quick AI voice interview with your camera on, about 15 minutes, covering real moments on the floor: a child upset after losing a race, a group arriving late for its slot and a car that stops mid-race. No experience or RC knowledge is needed; we train you.

Your first 90 days

Trained on every car, the timing system and the safety rules, running races on your own, and trusted to host birthday parties, group bookings and tournaments.
