About the Company
Profiles Educational Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., established in 2009, is an educational consultancy specialising in student admissions and career guidance for higher education opportunities in India and abroad.
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Rajakkad Branch as Academic Counsellors.
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities.
- Provide guidance on courses, colleges, eligibility and admission procedures.
- Handle incoming student enquiries and generate prospective student leads.
- Follow up with students through phone calls, WhatsApp and direct interactions.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and follow-up reports.
- Participate in school visits, educational seminars and promotional activities.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Qualifications
- Any bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in academic counselling, education consultancy, telecalling or sales.
- Knowledge of higher education courses and admission procedures.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000.
