Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and manage the telesales team, drive sales enquiries, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and achieve monthly sales targets for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily calls, lead generation, follow-ups, and team performance.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into site visits.
- Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Train team members on calling techniques, communication, and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.




- Ensure proper CRM updates and maintain lead databases.

Requirements:

- Any Degree / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 4–8years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate.
- Minimum 4 years of team-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and target-achievement abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
