Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telesales Executive to generate business opportunities, connect with potential clients and convert leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and research scholars.
- Explain company services and research support solutions.
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Handle client queries and maintain relationships.
- Achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain daily call and sales reports.

Requirements





- Any degree / MBA.
- Minimum 2 year of telesales or sales experience.
- Robust English communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales.
