We are seeking a skilled, well-organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front-office operations and support the company's sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, attending to visitors, promoting products and services, and maintaining effective customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage front-desk operations and welcome visitors and customers.
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
•Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
•Identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
•Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
•Maintain customer records and update sales-related information.
•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
•Assist in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications
•Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
•Candidates with qualifications in Business Administration, Commerce, or Sales will be preferred.
Skills & Requirements
•6 Months to 2 Years of experience in reception, front-office, customer service, or sales-related roles.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
•Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
•Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
•Ability to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities effectively.
