What Will You Be Doing?

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the commercial real estate market.
- Connect with corporate clients, business owners, investors and prospective property buyers or tenants.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Promote office spaces, retail properties and industrial spaces.
- Arrange client meetings, property visits and site inspections.
- Build strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers and channel partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive successful deal closures.
- Generate repeat business through excellent client servicing and follow-ups.
- Maintain client information and sales updates in the CRM.




- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development or B2B Sales are preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude and communication skills may also be considered.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are welcome.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-driven individuals.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings and local travel across Mumbai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will have an added advantage.
