Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, create and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Generate quality leads for residential projects and real estate properties.
- SEO: Improve website rankings through search engine optimisation.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content, reels, posts, stories and promotional creatives.
- Video Editing: Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs and marketing reels.
- Campaign Management: Monitor advertising performance, analyse results and optimise campaigns.
- Marketing Strategy: Suggest new ideas to improve brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
- Website Management: Update website content, landing pages and marketing information.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads and marketing activities.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Social media management skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Positive communication and creative thinking.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar tools.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and generate leads.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant skills can apply.
- 1–2 years of digital marketing experience preferred.

- Quality leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Social media growth and engagement.
- Advertising campaign performance.
- Website traffic and enquiries.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a creative, responsible and result-oriented digital marketer who can independently manage NSG's digital marketing activities and contribute to the company's growth.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
