Job Overview

HHYS Inframart is looking for a skilled and dedicated Architect to join our team as an In-House Architect. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising the company's internal infrastructure development, showroom renovations, interior modifications, and other construction-related projects.

This is an in-house position exclusively focused on HHYS projects, with opportunities to work across our various showrooms and business locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and execute showroom renovations, interior modifications, and new infrastructure development projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.
- Develop creative and practical showroom designs that improve space utilisation, product displays, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with contractors, construction supervisors, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, material specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with management for design approvals, project planning, and execution.
- Identify design improvements and provide practical solutions for ongoing maintenance and renovation requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different company locations.
- Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and proper execution of architectural plans.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualified qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Modelling, and other relevant architectural software.
- Knowledge of interior design, space planning, construction materials, and building specifications.
- Ability to prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and project estimates.
- Strong project coordination, site supervision, and execution skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of renovation, civil works, and showroom development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- A proactive and responsible professional capable of independently handling projects from concept to completion.
- Creative thinking with practical execution capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and management.
- Willingness to travel to different company locations for project inspections and execution.
- Candidates with experience in commercial showroom design, retail interiors, and renovation projects will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on experience and expertise).
- Full-time, in-house employment.
- Opportunity to manage diverse commercial infrastructure and showroom development projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
