Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellors to guide students in choosing suitable professional courses based on their academic background and career goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding qualified courses such as ACCA, CMA, and CFA.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.




- Maintain student enquiry records and update the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Fresher can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Telecalling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in the education sales domain.
- Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome.
