Role Description

This is a full time in office role for an Optometrist at Apollo Laser Eye Hospital in Moradabad. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing vision-related issues, prescribing corrective lenses, and managing pre- and post-operative care. The role also involves assisting in advanced diagnostic procedures and working closely with ophthalmologists to deliver high-quality patient care.



Maintaining accurate records and educating patients on eye health will also be integral to the position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye examinations and diagnosing a range of vision and eye health issues
Experience in prescribing corrective lenses and providing contact lens fittings
Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and procedures, especially in areas like Retina, Cornea, and Glaucoma
Solid knowledge of pre- and post-operative eye care practices
Excellent communication skills and patient education abilities to convey eye health and treatment information
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively alongside ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry from a recognized institution
Experience in an eye care clinic or hospital is preferred
Commitment to providing compassionate and top-quality patient care
