- *Role Description**

We are seeking a

- *Merchandiser (immediate joining) for a full-time, ON-SITE position based in Moradabad**

- *Duties and responsibilities**
- Actively communicate with domestic and international buyers to understand product requirements, develop product concepts, prepare quotations, costing sheets, and manage orders from inquiry to shipment.
- Coordinate product development,
including sampling, sourcing materials like metals and accessories, production scheduling, and ensuring timely execution through factories and suppliers in Moradabad.
- Monitor quality control, inventory levels, production timelines, and compliance with export standards, while tracking shipments and preparing documentation.
- *Qualifications**
- Leverage buyer networks to connect PRISMA INC. with international clients and initiate new business partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of Moradabad's supplier network for metal wares, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost sheets and excellent English communication for buyer interactions.
- Skills in negotiation, market trend analysis, problem-solving, and coordination across design, production, QC, and logistics teams at PRISMA INC.
- Compensation will commensurate with experience.*
