Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division. Monitor and manage the organisation's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial processes with organisational goals.
Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team, ensuring professional development and effective performance. Engage with stakeholders to provide accurate financial updates and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: Qualified CA is a must. 8-12 years of post qualification experience. Robust knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector. Proven expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. Strong hands-on experience in IndAS reporting. Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
