Role Overview
The Operations Head will be responsible for managing and streamlining end-to-end operations of the subsidiary division. The role requires robust leadership, process orientation, and the ability to drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the subsidiary division
Ensure smooth execution of processes and service delivery
Lead, mentor,
and manage a team of 5–6 members
Set performance goals and monitor team productivity
Build a high-performance and accountable team culture
Improve turnaround time (TAT) and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Leadership)
Act as a bridge between subsidiary operations and corporate leadership
Provide regular MIS reports and operational insights
Track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
Prepare dashboards and reports for management review
Key Requirements
Experience
5–12 years of experience in operations management
Prior experience in financial services / NBFC / investment firm preferred
Experience managing small-to-mid sized teams
Robust process and operations management skills
Leadership and team handling capability
