- *Responsibilities:**

nWe are seeking talented and experienced Senior Associates with expertise in DevOps to join our team as Full-Time Employees (FTE) for a hybrid work environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects with a focus on innovation and efficiency.n
- Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions to streamline development
- processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software delivery and infrastructure
- automation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain

nCI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment cycles.n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the DevOps framework.
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards across all deployments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

nExperience & Qualificationsn

Experience: 4 to 6 years of skilled experience in DevOps or related roles.

n

Proficiency in DevOps tools and technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.

n





Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

n

Proven track record in implementing automation strategies and infrastructure as code.

n

Preferred Sector Expertise

nWhile specific sector expertise is not mandatory, candidates with experience in industries requiring scalable and secure DevOps systems will be preferred.n
