Role Description*
nThis is a full time on-site role for a Process Analyst – AR Voice, located in the Greater Chennai Area.n
The Process
nAnalyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Daily tasks include identifying process improvement opportunities, managing accounts receivables-related processes, providing analytical insights,
and ensuring streamlined operations.n
Qualifications*
Strong analytical skills and expertise in evaluating data to identify trends and solutions
Proficiency in Business Process Management and Business Process Improvement
Ability to develop, document, and enhance Business Processes
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to process analysis and improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in accounts receivables management or similar roles is a plus
