- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves managing and developing sales strategies to increase the market presence of CEL products in the designated region.n

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, achieving regional sales targets,



coordinating with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, and preparing accurate sales reports. Regular travel for client visits and market analysis will also be part of the role.

- *Qualifications**
- Proven skills in sales planning, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Understanding of air compressors or industrial equipment, along with technical product knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in market analysis and business development strategies within the industrial sector
- Experience in team collaboration and coordination with internal departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and explore market opportunities
- Prior experience in the air compressor industry or industrial sales is advantageous
