- *Role Description**

nThe Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for overseeing program development and management, ensuring effective delivery of healthcare initiatives, and coordinating resources to meet project goals.n

Responsibilities include managing program timelines, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, tracking program progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Additionally,



the Program Coordinator will engage in communication with beneficiaries, provide quality customer service, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- *Qualifications**
- Strong Program Management and Program Development skills to design and execute impactful initiatives.
- Proficiency in Project Management to oversee tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with stakeholders and beneficiaries empathetically and professionally.
- Ability to work proactively in a energetic, on-site environment based in Pune Division.
- Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Non-profit Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with non-profits, community outreach, or healthcare projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
