Role Description*

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Hablis Hotel, located in the Greater Chennai Area.n

The Human Resources

nManager will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, addressing staff concerns,



and collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations effectively.n
Qualifications*
Experience and skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management
Proficiency in compliance with labor laws, policy development, and conflict resolution
Knowledge of performance management, workforce planning, and HR best practices
Solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Familiarity with HR software and systems is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
