\*Sales Order creation and follow up with finance to release for production

\* Export orders follow up with production department
n
\* Current Customer code creation
n
\* Customer complaints respond to the customers
n
\* Customer claim follow up and update in system to close the case
n
\* Customer open talk & NPS Survey
n
- *Logistics Activities**:
n\* Invoice preparation Export & draft creationn
\* Ocean & air freight cost preparation
n
\* Invoice/packing list draft share with customers transporter
n
\* Export documents preparation Invoice, Packing list and supporting documents
n
\* Shipping Bill checklist, BL draft confirmation, coordination with transporter for vehicle
n
\* Shipping documents share with customers
n
\* Vetting LC documents follow up with in IMB check & post shipment documents follow-up till reaches at customer end.
n
\*DHL courier booking & tracking
n
\* Co-ordination with forwarders/CHA/Transporters
n
\* OTIF & Lead time Monitor & Improvements
n
