n\* Invoice, packing list & Eway bill preparation for all domestic & export orders.n
\* Invoice/packing list draft share with customers transporter
n
\* Material loading follow up & documents handover to driver for vehicle release
n
\* Vehicle tracking creation and follow up.
n
\* Merchant trade invoice preparation in SAP
n
\* Post shipment documents handling and submit to bank on time and maintain report
n
\* Shipping Bill checklist, BL draft confirmation, coordination with transporter for vehicle
n
\* Shipping documents share with customers
n
\* Vetting LC documents follow up with in IMB check & post shipment documents followup till reaches at customer end.
n
\*DHL courier booking & tracking
n
\* Co-ordination with forwarders/CHA/Transporters
n
\* Weekly/Monthly container & truck plan preparation
n
