*Quality Manager – Industrial Control Panel Manufacturing*

_Work Location: Sriperumbudur SIPCOT | Experience: 10–12 years | CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month_

*About the Role*

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control for our industrial control panel manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring products meet customer and regulatory standards, driving process improvements, and maintaining certifications.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Establish and maintain the company’s quality management system (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

- Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product testing

- Develop and enforce inspection plans, checklists, and test procedures for control panels

- Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

- Conduct internal audits and support external/client audits

- Liaise with production, design/engineering, and procurement to resolve quality issues

- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC 61439 or relevant)

- Train shop-floor staff on quality practices and documentation





- Monitor quality KPIs — first pass yield, defect rate, rework, customer rejection rate

- Manage documentation: test reports, inspection records, calibration certificates

*Candidate Profile*

- 10–12 years of experience in quality management within industrial control panel or electrical equipment manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of control panel assembly, wiring standards, and testing protocols

- Familiarity with ISO 9001, audit processes, and documentation control

- Experience with measuring instruments, panel testing, and electrical safety norms

- Ability to lead a quality team and work cross-functionally with production & engineering

- Good communication skills for customer and auditor interactions
