Notice period - Immediate to 15 days

Knowledge - Logistics Export

Qualification - Dip Mech/ Civil --- NO PG

Required - 3 to 5 Years

Budget - 4 to 5 LPA

Shipment Activities:

* Invoice, packing list & Eway bill preparation for all domestic & export orders.

* Invoice/packing list draft share with customers transporter

* Material loading follow up & documents handover to driver for vehicle release

* Vehicle tracking creation and follow up.

* Merchant trade invoice preparation in SAP

* Post shipment documents handling and submit to bank on time and maintain report

* Shipping Bill checklist, BL draft confirmation, coordination with transporter for vehicle

* Shipping documents share with customers

* Vetting LC documents follow up with in IMB check & post shipment documents followup till reaches at customer end.

*DHL courier booking & tracking

* Co-ordination with forwarders/CHA/Transporters

* Weekly/Monthly container & truck plan preparation
