- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups
- Assist in OPD coordination and smooth patient flow
- Handle patient queries (in-person, phone, WhatsApp)
- Maintain medical records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with lab, pharmacy, and diagnostic services
- Support the doctor during consultations when required

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in clinic/hospital setting is an advantage
- Good communication skills (English + Kannada + Telugu + Tamil preferred)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, EMR if any)

- Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
- Working hours: [8-10 hours per day - exact timings will depend on Doctor practice]
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Basic salary with incentives upto ₹5000 for punctuality, patient handling (feedback and zero complaints), smooth patient flow, minimal chaos during peak hours, and zero billing errors
