Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) Teacher to join our student-wellbeing team. The ideal candidate will design and implement evidence-based SEL lessons, support emotional development, and work collaboratively with teachers, counsellors, and families to foster a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver SEL lessons across grade levels
Support students in developing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making




Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate SEL into daily teaching and school routines
Conduct group activities, workshops, and one-on-one check-ins
Monitor student progress, document observations, and provide feedback to stakeholders
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, or related field
Certification or training in SEL frameworks, positive behaviour supports, or emotional intelligence

Prior experience working in schools or youth development (preferred)
Strong communication, empathy, and classroom management skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build positive relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
