Job Title: Social Media Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented social media Graphic Designer to design engaging and visually appealing content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a solid sense of design, branding, and social media trends, along with the ability to leverage AI design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality social media creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, ads, and thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines.
- Use AI-powered design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) to generate creative concepts and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives accordingly.
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual strategies for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent and aligned with brand identity.
- Optimize creatives for different platforms and formats to maximize engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and social media formats.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably social media).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

- Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
