nWe are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented social media Graphic Designer** to design engaging and visually appealing content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, branding, and social media trends, along with the ability to leverage **AI design tools** to enhance creativity and efficiency.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Design high-quality **social media creatives** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create **static posts, carousels, banners, ads, and thumbnails** aligned with brand guidelines.
- Use **AI-powered design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar)** to generate creative concepts and improve workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the **marketing and content teams** to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives accordingly.
- Develop **creative concepts, layouts, and visual strategies** for digital campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are **visually consistent and aligned with brand identity**.
- Optimize creatives for **different platforms and formats** to maximize engagement.
- Stay updated with the **latest design trends, AI tools, and social media formats**.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.




- *Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **1–3 years of experience** in graphic design (preferably social media).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)** or similar tools.
- Experience with tools like **Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD**.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with **AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)**.
- Strong understanding of **color theory, typography, and layout design**.
- Knowledge of **social media trends and content formats**.
- Basic understanding of **branding and digital marketing**.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- *Preferred / Bonus Skills**
- Experience in **video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects)**.
- Basic knowledge of **motion graphics or animation**.
- Familiarity with **UI/UX design principles**.
