Job Title: Continental Chef (Experienced Only)

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Continental Chef to join our kitchen team in Badrinath, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a variety of Continental, Italian, and European dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The role requires creativity, efficiency, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment, especially during the peak pilgrimage season.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of continental, Italian, and European dishes, including pasta, risotto, pizzas, sandwiches, grills, soups, salads, and baked items. Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
Prepare sauces and bases commonly used in Italian and European cuisine.
Assist in menu planning and introduce new continental and European dishes when required.
Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.




Monitor inventory of ingredients and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely procurement.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimise wastage.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and workstations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental chef in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment. Strong knowledge of continental, Italian, and European cuisine , including sauces and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creativity and passion for preparing high-quality international dishes.
