We are looking for a skilled and experienced IndianTandoor Chef to join our kitchen team in the Badrinath, Uttarakhand region . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic tandoori dishes, kebabs, and Indianbreads while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of tandoori dishes such as kebabs, tikka, and grilled items.
Cook Indianbreads like naan, roti, kulcha, laccha paratha, and tandoori roti.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all tandoor items.
Properly operate and maintain the tandoor oven .
Prepare and manage marinades, sauces, and spice mixes for tandoor dishes.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards .
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders .
Monitor inventory of tandoor ingredients and assist with stock management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering kitchen .
Strong knowledge of Indianspices, marinades, and grilling techniques .
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting .
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices .
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure during busy hours .
