We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our energetic People Team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is key to supporting our growth and bringing in the right talent to align with our values and business goals. In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:

What to expect in your journey

- Collaborate with service line managers to understand hiring needs and assist in developing accurate job descriptions.

- Design and implement structured recruitment workflows for each open position.

- Post job openings on the EXO Edge careers page, job portals, and relevant social media platforms.

- Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage the end-to-end recruitment process via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Leverage various sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networking, and job fairs to attract top talent.

- Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation.

- Contribute to building a diverse and high-performing team aligned with company goals.

- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as SLAs and cost-per-hire.





What you bring to the table

- Prior experience in HR administration and recruitment reporting

- Exposure to bulk hiring processes in Accounting and Legal will be an added advantage.

Technically sound in:

- Proficient in leveraging a variety of technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to enhance recruitment efficiency.

- Experienced in using online job portals such as Linked In, Naukri, and Monster for effective talent sourcing.

- Adept with Microsoft Office tools for creating documents, generating reports, and editing presentation materials.
