Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Head to lead our sales function for villas and premium properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful closure of high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for villas and premium residential projects
Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead handling, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies




Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in real estate sales (experience in land and premium properties preferred)
Proven experience in handling and leading a sales team
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage high-value client interactions professionally
Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation

Preferred Skills
Experience in sales of villas, luxury apartments, or high-rise residential projects
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Good understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, especially Gachibowli and surrounding areas
