Role Overview:
PCRA Technologies is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in SaaS sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting business growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads using digital marketing and outbound sales methods
- Drive B2B sales for SaaS products and services
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities (SEO, social media, paid ads, email campaigns)
- Conduct product demos and client presentations
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain CRM updates
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead quality
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in SaaS sales and/or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead conversion
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email marketing)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to work from office (onsite) at Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment
- Knowledge of inbound and outbound sales strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
