Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) with 5–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure technologies , End User Services , and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The role focuses on operational support, service optimization, automation, and execution of infrastructure and workplace technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services
- Deliver End User Services (EUS) support for remote and onsite users, workplace devices, and meeting room technologies
- Participate in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Demand, and CMDB management
- Support IT infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives through structured project management practices
- Create and manage task plans, timelines, and dependencies using project management tools and Gantt charts
- Develop basic automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and end-user issues to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders




- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards

Mandatory Skills & Experience

IT Infrastructure & End User Services

- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies , including:
- Networks, servers, and storage systems
- Cloud services fundamentals (IaaS / PaaS)
- Hands-on experience with End User Services , including:
- Remote and onsite user support
- User workplace equipment (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Meeting room and collaboration equipment

Project Management

- Experience working with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to plan, track, and manage deliverables using Gantt charts

Scripting & Automation

- Basic scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Ability to automate routine tasks and optimize operational processes

Experience & Education

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, End User Services, or IT operations
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering , or related field
