Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines such as milling, turning, or drilling machines.
- Set up machines, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
- Maintain production records and report any issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks.

Qualifications:

n

- Diploma and Degree Freshers can also apply /
- 1–5 years of experience (adjust based on requirement).




- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

n

- Experience with CAD/CAM software (like AutoCAD, Mastercam).
- Knowledge of machine setup and tool selection.
- Experience in production/manufacturing environment.
