Role Description

nThis is a full time, on-site role for JEE Advanced Faculties located in Bengaluru East. As a JEE Advanced Faculty member, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational content while preparing students for competitive exams. You will conduct classroom sessions, develop study material, provide one-on-one mentorship, and assess student progress.n

Additionally,



you will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain the organization’s teaching standards.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in subject matter, including Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, with the ability to teach concepts up to JEE Advanced level.
- Proven skills in teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and class management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex concepts for better comprehension.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively and clarify doubts.
- Prior experience in coaching students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE is highly advantageous.
- Commitment to academic excellence, student success, and upholding the institution’s values.
- Master’s degree or higher in the relevant subject area from a recognized institution is required.
