Role Description

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Supply Chain Management based in Bengaluru East. The chosen skilled will oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and logistics.n

Key responsibilities include ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, optimizing supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency, adhering to budgetary constraints,



and maintaining compliance with local and company standards. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless production and distribution.

Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of logistical operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility and adaptability to address dynamic operational needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience of 6 months to 2 Years in the FMCG or food industry is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Spoken Hindi Mandatory.
