Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines such as milling, turning, or drilling machines.
Set up machines, including tooling, fixtures, and offsets.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges).
Maintain production records and report any issues.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:

n
Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks.

Qualifications:

n
Diploma and Degree Freshers can also apply /
1–5 years of experience (adjust based on requirement).
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

n
Experience with CAD/CAM software (like AutoCAD, Mastercam).
Knowledge of machine setup and tool selection.
Experience in production/manufacturing environment.
