PLC Engineer for Furnace and Pre-Heater Related Operations
1. To be capable of developing PLC programs based on the system requirements
2. Have adequate knowledge on all type of PLCs of Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, ABB
3. To enhance with field instruments and incorporate the systems functions
4. Adequate knowledge on Tunning of PIDs for furnaces and other applications.
5. Have knowledge on basic instruments and cabling, calibrations and characteristis related to it
6. Should capable of handling system programs online whenever, wherever required.
7. Adequate experience and knowledge in testing and running the programs.
8. Experience in Scada / Screen development as per the needs and linking to the programs.
