Position: Sales Executive
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, references, site visits, and networking.
- Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements.
- Present and explain available real estate projects to clients.
- Arrange site visits and property demonstrations.
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Keep updated records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field).
- Experience in sales/real estate sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Own vehicle preferred.
