Role Description

You'll own the visual output of Safe Planet's marketing — from the first scroll of a Meta ad to the last pixel of a landing page. This is a high-ownership role in a high-growth environment where your work will be tested live on Meta, Google, and social platforms every week.

You'll work directly with our performance and content teams, designing assets built to convert, tested live, and iterated fast. You'll also be the custodian of our brand — building the systems, templates, and visual standards that keep everything cohesive as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Build landing pages and conversion funnels in Figma/ Framer, focused on lead generation
- Design user journeys and page flows that guide visitors toward a clear conversion action
- Create scroll-stopping social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Conceive and produce visual assets across social, digital ads, decks, branding, and print




- Build and maintain Safe Planet's brand system (visual identity, style guides, templates, and tone-of-voice in design)
- Produce YouTube thumbnails and support short-form video assets (Reels, Shorts)
- Translate strategy into on-brand, high-performing creative with the content and performance teams
- Collaborate daily with the performance team to iterate creatives based on real data — CTR, CVR, ROAS
- Run and contribute to A/B tests on ads and landing pages

Collaboration & Process

- Work cross-functionally with content, performance marketing, sales, and leadership teams
- Translate performance data and strategy into creative decisions — watch time, CTR, scroll-stop rate all inform your next iteration
- Apply UI/UX principles with a conversion-first mindset — you understand why people click, not just what looks good

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in a creative design role with exposure to both paid media and brand work
- Strong portfolio showing performance-driven creative (ads, landing pages) and brand/systems thinking
- Expert-level Figma/ Framer; proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles with a explicit focus on conversion design and user psychology
- Experience designing for paid media (Meta/Google) and landing page optimisation
- Someone who thinks like a marketer — you care about results, not just aesthetics
- Fast, iterative, and comfortable in a high-growth, data-driven environment
- Excellent communicator who thrives working across marketing, sales, and leadership
