We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to lead end-to-end project execution at our Gangtok site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilitiesn

- Lead complete project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery

n

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

n

- Ensure timely delivery within cost and quality benchmarks

n

- Handle stakeholder coordination including contractors and consultants

n

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

n

- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety standards

n





n

Requirements

- 20+ years of experience in Real Estate industryn

- 6–10 years of experience as a Project Manager

n

- Experience in Residential / Hospitality / Commercial projects

n

- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution

n

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

n

- Willingness to work in office and travel as required
