Location: Gangtok (Site-based) | Alignment with Guwahati Office

Experience: 20+ Years (including 6–10 years as Project Manager)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the real estate industry to lead end-to-end project execution at our Gangtok site. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery

- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

- Ensure timely delivery within cost and quality benchmarks

- Handle stakeholder coordination including contractors and consultants

- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements

- 20+ years of experience in Real Estate industry

- 6–10 years of experience as a Project Manager

- Experience in Residential / Hospitality / Commercial projects

- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution

- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
