We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Instrumentation Technician to ensure reliable operation of plant instruments in our dairy manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

nMaintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation systems (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow sensors) to support effective milk processing and packaging operations at our Ranjangaon plant.n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on control valves, transmitters, PLCs, and SCADA systems.noc.esdc.gc+1

- Calibrate instruments for accuracy in dairy production lines, adhering to food safety standards like FSSAI and HACCP.
n
- Troubleshoot faults, conduct root cause analysis, and document maintenance records to minimize downtime.
n

nQualifications & Experiencen

n




- 12-15 years in instrumentation maintenance, exclusively in dairy industry(milk processing, pasteurization, UHT plants preferred).
n
- Diploma/BE in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering; certifications in PLC/SCADA advantageous.
n
- Proficiency in tools like multimeters, calibrators; knowledge of dairy-specific instruments (e.g., homogenizers, separators).
n

nPreferred Skillsn

n
- Strong dairy plant exposure (e.g., CIP systems, aseptic processing).
n
- Ability to work in shifts; hands-on with predictive maintenance.
n
