About the Role
Senvision Technology Private Limited is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager with a deep-rooted background in the two-wheeler industry. As we integrate next-generation technology into our mobility solutions, we need a leader who doesn't just sell a vehicle but sells an "experience." You will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging your expertise in smart features like integrated Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity, TFT smart screens, and IoT-enabled vehicle diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market presence in the smart two-wheeler segment.
- Tech-Driven Pitching: Articulate the value proposition of advanced features (e.g., OTA updates, navigation-on-screen, and smartphone app integration) to dealers, B2B partners, and end customers.
- Channel Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a robust dealer network, ensuring they are well-trained on the technical aspects of our smart scooters.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of automotive trends, specifically in the EV and smart-mobility space, to provide feedback to the production and R&D; teams in IMT Manesar.
- Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Customer Experience: Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that the "tech-first" promise of our brand is reflected in the customers buying journey.
- Optical camera Experience: Having experience in Optical camera module will be attracting a first-hand advantage.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the two-wheeler industry (ICE or EV) or Semiconductor Industry.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of contemporary scooter electronics, including Bluetooth pairing, Wi-Fi modules, Smart Dashboards (HMI), and App-based features.
- Educational Background: B. Tech /B.E. or MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work out of our IMT Manesar, Sector 5 office and travel as required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
